THe Winter’s Tale
A jealous king falsely accuses his wife of infidelity leading to her death. He's baby daughter is left in the woods and raised by a merry band of shepherds. She grows up, falls in love with a prince, returns home to find the "statue" of her mother come to life, and everyone lives happily ever after. The Winter's Tale is one of Shakespeare's problem plays and contains his most famous stage direction - Exit pursued by a bear.
This mixed ages production of the play will be directed by CST Artistic Director Brady Amoonclark.
